Tips for leveraging Canva Whiteboards
Here are some handy tips for using Canva Whiteboards with your team. We’ll use the following Canva Whiteboard Template for 90 Day/Quarterly Planning to break down some of the tips:
1. Read the Canva Tips for each Whiteboard
We have included some easy Canva Whiteboard Tips for you on each whiteboard. These include (a) Shortcuts to add Sticky Notes, Shapes, Lines and Magic/AI commands (b) Helpful features such as the Elements Tab, Draw Tool, How to Embed Content and how to Collaborate in Real time. Look for these tips on the left hand side of each Whiteboard. Here is an example:
2. Use the provided Whiteboard Graphics
Every whiteboard has Whiteboard Graphics supplied that match the design of the Whiteboard. For this template example, there are sticky notes and reaction stickers that can be used by the team to brainstorm on a project:

The image above shows a couple of ways you can collaborate as a team using Whiteboards. You can:
- set timers for specific time periods for the team to brainstorm and work on projects.
- easily comment, reply and add reactions to any element on a whiteboard.
