What are Canva Whiteboards?

They’re accessible from any device, provide unlimited space (you can expand them as much as you like), allow for connected shapes that can form flowcharts or diagrams, and give you content at your fingertips. You can literally add any photo, video, sticky note, slide deck or Canva element to your whiteboard from Canva’s library. Even add comments and reactions. Tips for leveraging Canva Whiteboards

Here are some handy tips for using Canva Whiteboards with your team. We’ll use the following Canva Whiteboard Template for 90 Day/Quarterly Planning to break down some of the tips:

1. Read the Canva Tips for each Whiteboard

We have included some easy Canva Whiteboard Tips for you on each whiteboard. These include (a) Shortcuts to add Sticky Notes, Shapes, Lines and Magic/AI commands (b) Helpful features such as the Elements Tab, Draw Tool, How to Embed Content and how to Collaborate in Real time. Look for these tips on the left hand side of each Whiteboard. Here is an example:

2. Use the provided Whiteboard Graphics
